DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT?

No. You can follow fixtures, results, standings, the squad, news, videos and livestreams as a guest. You only need an account to post, comment and like in the community.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Open the Profile tab and tap "Sign in or create account". You can sign up with your email and a password, or continue with Google.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD

Password reset is not available in the app yet. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will help you regain access. Signing in with Google needs no password.

HOW DO I TURN NOTIFICATIONS ON OR OFF?

Notifications are managed in your phone's settings. On iPhone open Settings > Notifications > Manchester World. On Android open Settings > Apps > Manchester World > Notifications.

WHERE DOES THE MATCH DATA COME FROM?

Fixtures, results, lineups, standings and squad information come from a professional football data provider and refresh automatically. Live scores can occasionally be a little behind the action.

THE SCORES OR TABLES LOOK WRONG

Pull down on the screen to refresh. If the problem continues, the data provider may be updating. Check again in a few minutes or tell us at [email protected].

HOW DO I CHANGE THE THEME?

Use the Dark mode switch in the Profile tab. Some screens use a dark design in both modes.

HOW DO I REPORT A POST?

Email [email protected] with the post or username and a short description. Our team reviews every report.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Open the Profile tab, tap "Delete account" and confirm. Your account, posts and comments are removed immediately and cannot be recovered. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my account".

THE APP SHOWS "COULD NOT LOAD"

Check your internet connection and tap Retry. If it still fails, close and reopen the app.

IS MANCHESTER WORLD OFFICIAL?

No. Manchester World is an independent fan app and is not affiliated with Manchester United Football Club.
