Manchester United have appointed Connor King as assistant first-team goalkeeping coach, adding another name to Michael Carrick's coaching group.
Who is Connor King?
King arrives from Burnley, where he held a number of coaching roles from 2018. He joined the Burnley academy at 11 and was capped by England at Under-16 level, but ended his playing career early to move into coaching. He was seen helping to run the goalkeepers' warm-up before the 1-1 draw at Fulham.
Who he works under
King will work with lead goalkeeper coach Craig Mawson, the only senior member of the coaching staff Carrick kept after Ruben Amorim left, according to the Manchester Evening News.
